What’s For Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner with Braces?

Published on Feb 14, 2019

Introduction

Need ideas for meals with braces? Here’s just a few to get you started. After getting braces, discomfort usually goes away after the first week. But, what you eat can really make a difference in the adjustment time and for the entire time you have braces. Certain foods can help with discomfort because heat and cold help loosen up the ligaments. Be sure to have a Harp Orthodontic Flosser on hand to floss easily after your meal! The Harp massages the gums and cleans food debris easily away, even ‘way back there’ to the molars. It’s so easy for anyone with braces during the adjustment period to not feel like flossing and skip it. But not flossing can lead to serious health issues later in life but also upcoming white spots on teeth, or even gingival hyperplasia. Not fun. Ever. It’s always a good time to floss fast & easy after you eat.
